By accessing and using MyProDirectory's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
Your Verified Now LLC is the parent company doing business as My Professional Directory (MyProDirectory).
MyProDirectory provides business listing verification, Google Business Profile optimization, voice search optimization, and citation management services. Service details, deliverables, and pricing are as described on our website and in any separate agreement.
Payment is due as specified in your service agreement. One-time services are billed upon enrollment. Monthly services are billed on a recurring basis until canceled.
MyProDirectory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
